The modern traditionalist is the company’s schnitzel pro. The Westphalian plant provides a unique product range for the food service market. With the five product pillars Schnitzels and Steaks, Mincemeat, Hearty and Rustic, Poultry, and Vital and Lecker, all the guest’s needs can be met. From classic schnitzel and cordon bleu to pork knuckles, spare ribs and also filled vegetable variants, (almost) everything is produced in-house. Always on the hunt for trends and close to the market, new products are regularly created.
